Shipping and Delivery
If the total product price is 15,000 yen (tax included) or more: Free shipping
For orders under 15,000 yen (tax included), the following shipping methods will be used depending on the product size, and additional shipping fees will be charged accordingly:
- Small items: Click Post (200 yen nationwide, tax included)
- Large items: Sagawa Express (nationwide flat rate of 800 yen, tax included)
*The shipping method will be determined by our store based on the size and weight of the product.
*For overseas shipping, shipping charges will be incurred depending on the area.
*Delivery of products may be delayed in some areas, such as remote islands, or due to weather conditions.
*After the product is shipped, you will receive an inquiry number via email. You can track your order by using Sagawa Express's parcel inquiry service or by searching for the individual post office number .

About pre-order items
We accept pre-orders for new products and out-of-stock items.
Products will be shipped in the order of reservations as soon as they arrive.
If there are any early arrivals or delays in arrival, we will update you accordingly.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, except for initial defects, etc.
In the event of an initial defect, we will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
Please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the product.
If you return the product without contacting us, we will not be able to accept it.
About alterations for online purchases
Aoneco offers a one-year warranty (free repairs) for some products from the date of purchase. Depending on the condition of the product and the repair contents, the problem may not be completely fixed. Please note that the following cases are not covered by free repairs:
If the product is intentionally damaged by scratches, scuffs, stains, tears, fraying, repairing holes, or alterations to the material, we can repair it for a fee even after the warranty period has expired.
