※ギフトラッピングをご購入の際は、商品代金が見えないよう加工し、領収書を同封せずに発送いたします。
※季節により、ラッピング材の種類やカラーが変更になる場合がございます。
Orders totaling ¥15,000 or more (tax included): free shipping.
Below ¥15,000 (tax included), we use one of the following methods depending on product size:
- Small items: Click Post (flat ¥200 nationwide, tax included)
- Large items: Sagawa Express (flat ¥800 nationwide, tax included)
* The shipping method is chosen by our store based on size and weight.
* International shipping is charged by region.
* Delivery may be delayed in some remote areas or due to weather.
* After shipment we email a tracking number. Track via Sagawa or Japan Post.
COD fee (only if you choose cash on delivery)

- ¥10,001–¥30,000 ..... ¥440
- ¥30,001–¥100,000 ..... ¥660
- ¥100,001–¥200,000 ..... ¥1,100
- ¥200,001–¥300,000 ..... ¥2,200

We accept pre-orders for new or out-of-stock items.
Items ship in pre-order order once stock arrives.
If arrival is early or delayed, we will update the product page.
Except for initial defects, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.
For initial defects we cover return shipping.
Please email us within 5 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns sent without prior contact.
Depending on the product, aoneco offers a one-year warranty (free repair) from purchase. Some damage cannot be fully repaired. The following are not covered by free repair.
Scratches, stains, tears, holes from wear, modifications, or intentional damage may be repaired for a fee after the warranty period.
