商品代金合計が15,000円（税込）以上の場合：送料無料
15,000円（税込）未満の場合、商品サイズに応じて以下の配送方法となり、それぞれの送料が加算されます：
- 小型商品：クリックポスト（全国一律200円・税込）
- 大型商品：佐川急便（全国一律800円・税込）
※配送方法は商品サイズ・重量などにより当店で決定いたします。
※海外発送はエリアごとの送料が発生します。
※離島などの一部地域、天候状況などにより商品到着が遅くなる場合があります。
※商品発送後メールにてお問い合わせ番号お送りします。佐川急便荷物問い合わせ、郵便局個別番号検索から追跡可能です。

代金引換手数料（代金引換をご希望の方のみ）

予約商品について
新作や欠品商品の予約販売を受け付けております。
商品は入荷次第ご予約順にて発送させていただきます。
早期入荷や入荷遅延が発生した場合は、その都度追記いたします。
返品・交換について
初期不良等を除き、お客様都合による返品・交換は承れません。
初期不良の場合の返品・交換の送料は、当社が負担いたします。
商品到着後、5日以内にメールにてご連絡ください。
ご連絡なく商品をご返送いただきましても、受け取りいたしかねます。
オンラインご購入品のお直しについて
aoneco では商品によって、お買い上げから1年の保証期間（無償修理）を設けております。商品の状態やお修理内容により完全に直らない場合があります。また、以下の場合は無償修理対象外となりますのでご了承ください。
素材についた傷、擦れ、シミ素材の破れ、ほつれによる穴の修復改造などにより故意に破損させた場合保証期間経過後も弊社にて有償修理も可能です。
