Do you like cats?
The sight of a cat sleeping defenselessly is heartwarming, isn't it?
You can watch it forever, right?
The story that begins now is about a project to support rescued cats, in which creators who love cats propose unique products.
Brand concept: "May all cats be able to sleep peacefully." This brand was named with that thought in mind.
An unprecedented cat product
Products that offer value that exceeds their price (made with high-quality materials by designers and craftsmen from long-established luxury brands)
+
A charity with unlimited transparency (purchasing directly supports rescued cats)

Message from the Project Representative
Nice to meet you! My name is Sugano, the project representative from waji.
Waji is a professional craftsmanship group that operates out of an atelier renovated from an old house designated as a tangible cultural property in Abeno-ku, Osaka, and mainly handles everything from design to manufacturing of leather products. In addition to developing its own brand, the company also designs and manufactures products for other brands on a contract basis, and collaborates with other industries.
In 2018, I finally fulfilled my dream of living with two rescued cats, and now I spend every day as their perfect cat servant.
The impetus for starting this project came from seeing this sleeping pose.
Kura (girl) is also used as the image design for the AONECO logo.
This guy is so flawed and sloppy, but he also looks so happy.
When I saw him sleeping like this, I felt happy and a feeling welled up inside me.
"There are still many cats in Japan who cannot sleep peacefully and without protection like this."
I felt an indescribable sense of loneliness.
So we wondered if there was something we could do as a manufacturer, and launched this project.
Fortunately, all the members of our company are obedient cat servants. We even have a "cat cafe visit" as part of our employee benefits.
In addition to us, we have sponsors who are full of cat love. There is no doubt that this team is the best and the most optimal!

Sustainable and transparent charity
What do you think about charity?
Roughly speaking, it is a "good deed" such as donating money during emergencies such as disasters, or donating money to protect a certain cause.
We hear about it every day, but for some reason it feels out of the ordinary.
In fact, I am one of them.
In my case, I hesitate to take action because I keep thinking about how the donations will be used and how much impact they will have.
Of course, not all charities are like this, but here is one example that makes me wonder:
- The donation rate is very low (around 1% in some places).
- By significantly reducing the cost of products or raising the price of products above market price, they can increase the donation rate and make it appear as if a large amount is being donated.
・The use of donations is unclear
Maybe it's just because I'm cynical, but I think there are some people who are wondering about these things.
Aoneco has set the price as high as possible at around 10% for the main character, cats, and of course they take pride in their products and strive to create products that are worth more than their price.
To make it a sustainable charity rather than a one-off, it needs to be viable as a business.
And to create a transparent system that allows purchasers to feel that they are making a donation.
With this in mind, we came up with this project.
A Reward for Everyone
The products are a reward for yourself. The donation tickets are a reward for the cat.
for example,,,
The Long Wallet donation amount is ¥1,600.
This is equivalent to one month's worth of food for a cat (¥1,200 to ¥1,800 per month, depending on whether the cat is a small eater or a big eater).
Choosing Aoneco as a reward (gift) for yourself or an acquaintance will be a great reward for your cat (rescue, living expenses, and treats).
What you can do with donation tickets
Here are some other estimated amounts:
Cat litter (toilet) ¥472
Ciao Churu snack ¥80
Initial medical expenses (at the time of rescue): ¥1,650
Virus test ¥3,300
Vaccine ¥1,980
The recipients of support will post on social media about how they are using the donation tickets obtained through AONECO, so you can really feel the impact of your donation.
How to use donation tickets
1. Use your smartphone camera to read the 2D barcode on the product tag and go to the donation page. (This will link you to the top page of our website.)
2. Select the recipient, enter the ticket code and click Donate.
That's it, about 30 seconds should be enough.
If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you for your support
Support recipients
100% of the donation tickets you give will be given to shelters that work hard every day for cats.
Please see the list of current support recipients below.
We look forward to your kind support.
aoneco products
The theme of aoneco products is "Solemn Cats"
The design expresses the silhouette of a cat in a simple and understated way.
We tried to avoid making it too cute, keeping it very dignified, while at the same time staying true to the basic principle of making it an easy-to-use product, creating a stylish product for adults.
lastly
In planning this charity, we analyzed the shortcomings of charities in Japan, poured in countless strategies and attention to detail, and after more than a year of planning, we are now able to bring it to fruition.
In order to ensure continuity, we are treating this project as a kind of business.
There will likely be both positive and negative opinions about this idea, but it's not just a nice idea; I believe that the time and money you can spend, the connections you can make, and the credibility that comes with it all have overwhelming advantages over doing things on an individual level.
I believe that this system will lead to ongoing support and save the most cats.
As a cat servant,
As manufacturing professionals,
By creating and continuing to evolve our own unique form of charity, we hope to contribute to the happiness of many cats.
May all cats sleep peacefully.
