About the Material
The pendant head, chain, and stone setting are all made of unplated 18-karat yellow gold (with engraving on the back).
It has a warm yellow (gold) color similar to pure gold, but is harder and more scratch-resistant than pure gold (24K).

- Small items: Click Post (flat ¥200 nationwide, tax included)
- Large items: Sagawa Express (flat ¥800 nationwide, tax included)
* For remote islands, an additional relay fee may apply on top of shipping.
* The shipping method is chosen by our store based on size and weight.
* International shipping is charged by region.
* Delivery may be delayed in some remote areas or due to weather.
* After shipment we email a tracking number. Track via Sagawa or Japan Post.

Depending on the product, aoneco offers a one-year warranty (free repair) from purchase. Some damage cannot be fully repaired. The following are not covered by free repair.
Scratches, stains, tears, holes from wear, modifications, or intentional damage may be repaired for a fee after the warranty period.
