March 25th is Calico Cat Day
Although there is a Cat Day and a Black Cat Day, there is no major Calico Cat Day even after searching, and as calico cats are so popular, we thought it would be nice to have a day to celebrate them.
I decided to declare Calico Cat Day!
Therefore, Calico Cat General Store, which also stocks aoneco products, is holding a Calico Cat Fair starting today.
We are selling items such as the aoneco calico cat collar set, and special gifts will be available for purchases made during the period.

About the Calico Cat General Store in Ichikawa, Chiba Prefecture
This general store that sells carefully selected cat goods opened in Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture in 2019. It is located on the second floor of moto.8, about a three-minute walk from Motoyawata Station on the JR Sobu Line.
The store is stocked with a variety of cat-related goods, ranging from books by Naoko Machida to sweets and tableware, and also carries some Aoneco products.

When we spoke to the owner, Mr. Ishii, he said that the reason he decided to open the shop wasn't because he had any particular goal in mind, but rather it was just timing.
However, my encounter with aoneco was also when I saw it during a trip where my destination had changed, and we had a relaxed chat about how we've come together through many different connections.
The store is filled with cat-related items, so why not take your time and look for your favorite cat goods?
I love handkerchiefs and hand towels, so this caught my eye and I had to buy it.
This original cat hand towel is by Sayo Koizumi , an illustrator who mainly draws cats. The loose cat silhouette and coloring make this a great piece.
At the Mi-ke-neko Zakka-ten, we hold a rescue cat adoption event hosted by Motonyawata once a month.
The initiative involves matching cats rescued from around Ichikawa City with space within the store.
