Manufacturing that evokes Japanese tradition
Kinuya's silk blend stoles are made on Japanese shuttle looms, the only remaining looms in existence in Koyaguchi, Wakayama Prefecture.
By weaving slowly and carefully on a loom that boasts approximately 70 years of history, a unique and soft texture is created.
Orders totaling ¥15,000 or more (tax included): free shipping.
Below ¥15,000 (tax included), we use one of the following methods depending on product size:
- Small items: Click Post (flat ¥200 nationwide, tax included)
- Large items: Sagawa Express (flat ¥800 nationwide, tax included)
* The shipping method is chosen by our store based on size and weight.
* International shipping is charged by region.
* Delivery may be delayed in some remote areas or due to weather.
* After shipment we email a tracking number. Track via Sagawa or Japan Post.

Except for initial defects, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.
For initial defects we cover return shipping.

We cannot accept returns sent without prior contact.
Depending on the product, aoneco offers a one-year warranty (free repair) from purchase. Some damage cannot be fully repaired. The following are not covered by free repair.
Scratches, stains, tears, holes from wear, modifications, or intentional damage may be repaired for a fee after the warranty period.
