The raw hides used as the base for the leather are 100% by-products of the meat industry. This is an environmentally friendly leather.
It is supple and high-quality cowhide, finished by a leather manufacturer favored by high-end brands.

The leather, carefully dyed with pigments, typically results in a matte finish. By daring to add gloss, we create a unique depth. The finish is not too stiff, harmonizing with a moist calm and elegance.
◼︎ Embossing
The delicate grain characteristic of goatskin is reproduced on cowhide through embossing. The fine irregularities on the surface make scuffs and minor scratches from daily use less noticeable and less of a concern.

Orders totaling ¥15,000 or more (tax included): free shipping.
Below ¥15,000 (tax included), we use one of the following methods depending on product size:
- Small items: Click Post (flat ¥200 nationwide, tax included)
- Large items: Sagawa Express (flat ¥800 nationwide, tax included)
* The shipping method is chosen by our store based on size and weight.
* International shipping is charged by region.
* Delivery may be delayed in some remote areas or due to weather.
* After shipment we email a tracking number. Track via Sagawa or Japan Post.

If arrival is early or delayed, we will update the product page.
Except for initial defects, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.
For initial defects we cover return shipping.
Please email us within 5 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns sent without prior contact.
Depending on the product, aoneco offers a one-year warranty (free repair) from purchase. Some damage cannot be fully repaired. The following are not covered by free repair.
Scratches, stains, tears, holes from wear, modifications, or intentional damage may be repaired for a fee after the warranty period.
