Made by craftsmen

Aoneco is a project by a group of professional craftsmen who are based in an atelier in a building designated as a tangible cultural property in Abeno-ku, Osaka, and who mainly handle everything from design to manufacturing of leather products.

All of our products, including bags, are carefully crafted by our craftsmen. The feel and texture of the leather varies from piece to piece. We take full responsibility for the products we deliver, so please feel free to purchase them.

Participating in local cat and rescue cat activities

Each Aoneco product comes with a donation coupon. By using your smartphone camera to scan the two-dimensional barcode on the product tag, you can access the donation page, select the recipient and enter the coupon code, and a donation equal to the value of the donation coupon will be sent to the recipient.

After a donation is made, the recipients will report on their activities and how the money will be used via social media, making this an initiative that gives people a real sense of the contribution they have made.
