From Ms. Mae, representative of the rescue cat café “Micia Micio” in Showamachi, Abeno-ku, Osaka City, we received a report on the cats from April–June 2025.
April–June Activity Report
In April, I spent almost a month waking up at night to feed kittens with milk, constantly battling drowsiness every day.
Drink lots of milk and grow big!
Adorable kitten siblings!
In May and June, we took in five kittens (about six weeks old) rescued by volunteers from a multi-cat site.
We also accepted a two-month-old kitten rescued from a parking lot, where it was found collapsed from hunger and dehydration.
Kittens with sparkling eyes debut!
A total of nine kittens born this spring completed vaccinations and gradually made their debut in the cat booth♪
There were no adoptions in May–June. Meanwhile, daily IV drips, regular check-ups, medication, and supplements for Suu-chan with chronic kidney failure are adding to the expenses.
