Each aoneco product comes with a donation ticket. You can make a donation easily by following the steps below.

1. Use your smartphone camera to read the 2D barcode on the product tag and go to the donation page. (This will link you to the top page of our website.)
2. Select the recipient, enter the donation ticket code, and click Donate.
3. The amount stated on the donation ticket will be donated to the charity.

After receiving your order, we will ship your item within 3 business days.
We will ship your order via Sagawa Express or Click Post, and a delivery person will come to you 2-3 days after shipping, or the item will be delivered to your mailbox.
*Product arrival may be delayed in some areas, such as remote islands, due to weather conditions, etc.
*After the product is shipped, we will send you an inquiry number by email. You can track it by Sagawa Express parcel inquiry or by searching the individual post office number .
We accept pre-orders for new products and out-of-stock items.
The arrival date of the product is stated in the product name.
Products will be shipped in the order of reservations as soon as they arrive.
If there are any early arrivals or delays in arrival, we will update you accordingly.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, except for initial defects, etc.
In the event of an initial defect, we will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
Please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the product.
If you return the product without contacting us, we will not be able to accept it.
Aoneco offers a one-year warranty (free repairs) from the date of purchase. Depending on the condition of the product and the repair contents, it may not be possible to completely repair the product. Please note that the following cases are not covered by free repairs.
If the product is intentionally damaged, such as by scratching, abrasions, stains, tears in the material, repairing holes caused by fraying, or alterations, we can repair it for a fee even after the warranty period has expired.
